ThinkMarkets is seeking a Head of Marketing Operations to oversee the delivery of marketing initiatives across forex brokerage, crypto exchange, and prop trading verticals. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing program management.
Requirements
- 8–12 years in marketing operations, performance marketing, or marketing program management
- Proven experience managing multi-brand, multi-region marketing environments
- Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and optimize reporting frameworks
- Deep understanding of campaign orchestration, digital performance metrics, and web UX
- Experience in compliance-led marketing with strong familiarity with regulated financial jurisdictions
- Process mindset with the ability to build scalable systems and enforce team accountability
- Strong leadership skills — confident managing senior marketers and cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with project management software/methodologies for tracking marketing projects
- Hands-on knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Tableau, Segment, Figma, JIRA, etc.
