Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Substitute Program Leader to work with a group of students, acting as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. Responsibilities include providing academic enrichment, creating a safe learning environment, and ensuring student safety. The role requires a commitment to full-year participation and a willingness to implement innovative teaching methods.
Requirements
- Experience working with young children.
- Proof of graduation from High School or G.E.D.
- 48 college semester or 60 college quarter units (or equivalent)
- Pass an Instructional Aide Test
- Availability at least 3 days a week (Monday-Friday)
- Background Check/Testing (Live Scan, TB test, K-8 math/english testing)
- Clear TB test
