Job Description
Think Together operates a part-time program in California schools, providing a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor for students aged 6-12. Program Leaders teach in-person, ensuring students have a safe and nurturing learning environment. The role involves consistent communication with school staff and parents, contributing to student success and professional development.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 48 semester/60 quarter units
- Pass Pre-Employment Test
- Live Scan (criminal background check)
- TB test within 3 years
- 10+ students experience in classroom, afterschool or recreation
- Basic English/Spanish skills
- Bi-literacy (Spanish preferred)
