Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Program Leader to join their team and work with students in a part-time, in-person role. Program Leaders will act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors, ensuring students reach their potential through a safe and nurturing environment. The role involves implementing a four-core agreement and supporting students' behavior and well-being.
Requirements
- Lead a group of students in an in-person setting
- Implement the Think Together four core agreements
- Provide homework assistance, academic enrichment, and physical activity
- Support students in making positive behavior choices
- Maintain student safety
- Pass Live Scan (criminal background check) and TB test
