Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Part-Time Program Leader to work with assigned groups of students, serving as a positive adult role model, coach, and mentor. The program focuses on growth, development, and a nurturing environment for students and requires strong leadership, communication, and patience. Program Leaders ensure students reach their potential, manage behavior, and identify student needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- District-specific unit/quarter requirements (48 units/60 quarters)
- Standard English proficiency
- Pass a pre-employment test
- Live Scan fingerprinting background check
- TB test dated within the last 3 years
- 6+ months of experience with 10+ students in a classroom
