Job Description
Think Together is seeking a Program Leader to work with assigned students in in-person classroom settings throughout California. Program Leaders act as positive adult role models, coaches, and mentors, focusing on student safety, development, and a nurturing environment. The role involves lesson delivery, behavior management, and communication with staff, parents, and school administration.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to speak and write Standard English
- Live Scan (criminal background check) passing within the last 3 years
- TB Test dated within the last 3 years
- Minimum six months experience with students in a classroom setting (afterschool, recreation, or similar environment)
