Job Description
Think Together Program Leaders work with assigned students in designated locations throughout California, acting as a positive adult role model and mentor. Program Leaders focus on safety, engagement, and providing a nurturing environment for students to thrive. This part-time position involves supporting behavior, academic enrichment, and communication with stakeholders.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Standard English proficiency
- Living Scan clearance
- TB test within last 3 years
- Ability to work with groups of 10 or more students
- Advanced Math and English skills (K-8)
- Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal)
