Thind Management is seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee accounting operations, ensure financial reporting integrity, and provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting or controllership experience, ideally in hospitality, multi-unit operations, or real estate
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and multi-entity accounting
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical mindset with a high level of integrity and accountability
