THG is a global ecommerce group on a mission to be the global online leader in beauty and sports nutrition. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to own the integrated marketing strategy and drive growth, retention, and brand equity.

Requirements

• 6+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle, consumer subscription businesses
• Proven track record managing both brand and performance marketing channels
• Strong experience working with paid media agencies and confidence in shaping strategy across paid social, search, and display
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Experience planning and managing marketing budgets, with excellent financial acumen
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills
• A balance of creativity and commerciality, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively
