• 5+ years experience producing live-action content
• Demonstrated client-facing experience
• Proven track record managing end-to-end productions
• Strategic thinking with long-term content strategies
• Expertise in pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production
• Strong knowledge of production pipelines and budgeting
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (Asana or similar)
