Creative Producer (Animation)

TheSoul Group is a leading digital media company seeking a Creative Producer to lead high-profile client projects. This role involves translating client visions into profitable and high-quality visuals, collaborating with partners, and contributing to a dynamic, remote-first team that fosters creativity and innovation. The producer will be responsible for all aspects of animation from conception to delivery, including team leadership, budgeting, and process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing animation in an agency or studio environment.
• Demonstrated client-facing experience.
• Proven track record managing end-to-end animated series, branded content, or campaigns.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to plan, develop, and implement long-term content strategies.
• Strong knowledge of production pipelines.
• Expertise in scoping, scheduling, and change-order management.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
• Deep understanding of target audience interests and needs.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Ability to judge technical feasibility.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Asana/similar tools.
• Fluency with English, Russian (preferred)
• Understanding of international teams and time zones.
