We are seeking a Sr. Project Manager to manage our Data Centers projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and navigate the challenges of project management in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Leading and guiding the Project Team to achieve successful project completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Ensuring the organization remains aligned with the established baseline schedule
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Delivering regular updates on progress and project status to TEi stakeholders as well as the client
- Acting as the principal liaison between TEi and the customer
- Overseeing the change order process to verify alterations in scope and enhance revenue generation
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Engineering
- 5 + years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining schedules in MS Project or Primavera
- Industry experience with focus on Feedwater Heaters, Condensers, Fired heaters, OTSG, and Waste Heat Boilers
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Industry experience with focus on Data Centers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and knowledge of Primavera Scheduling
