Job Description
This versatile full-time Fabrication Helper position assists all positions in the fabrication shop, ensuring safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities include moving materials using cranes and forklifts, deburring, grinding, part cleaning, assisting on machines, and supporting the paint system. The company values passion, hard work, and integrity.
Requirements
- Possess a technical education or go through a short training period at TTX.
- Be able to add and subtract fractions.
- Be able to operate simple machines and power equipment.
- Possess some knowledge of or skill in at least one of the following areas: Painting, Punching with power equipment, Oven panel assembly and spot welding, Use of a plasma cutter, Be able to operate a power band saw to cut steel, Plumbing and pipefitting.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel up to 25% annually
