Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Growth to own the experiment engine and drive growth for our product. You will lead activation, retention, referrals, and channel expansion, and work closely with the CEO, product, and operations team.
Requirements
- 3 to 6 years in growth, product growth, or sales
- Strong with data. Comfortable in SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Early stage startup experience preferred
- Builder mindset. You do not wait for perfect resources to get started
- Clear communicator who can turn findings into action fast
