Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join their team and provide high-quality primary care services in post-acute and primary care settings. This is an in-person, exempt position with a focus on weekend and holiday coverage. They offer growth, flexibility, and the chance to shape the future of healthcare.
Requirements
- Valid PA/NP license in state of practice
- Valid NP/PA degree from accredited institution
- Active DEA license (if new graduate, assisted with application)
- General Post-Acute/SNF knowledge or experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems and charting practices
- Must be able to lift or move at least 25 pounds
