Job Description
Theoria Medical is seeking dedicated nurse practitioners to join its team to provide high quality care at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) it manages. The job offers flexible scheduling, no on-call shifts, and a supportive community.
Requirements
- 6-year Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Active and unrestricted RN and NP license in the state of practice
- National board certification as an NP (e.g., AANP or ANCC)
- DEA License: Required or ability to obtain
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
