Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at TheIncLab, you will own QA activities, test planning, execution, and quality risk management for Agile teams, ensuring high-quality software delivery standards are met. You will also contribute to process improvement, mentor junior team members, and work closely with developers and clients to ensure quality is built in from the start.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile practices, and SDLC
• Experience with test planning, test execution, and validation activities
• Experience testing frontend and backend systems
• Proficiency with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Experience with Zephyr, QMetry, or similar test management tools
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Familiarity with CI/CD environments
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
