Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Additional language skills like Spanish or French is a plus
• Recently graduated or in the final stages of studies with a focus on HR, Business, or related fields
• Natural communicator and enjoy working with people from different backgrounds
• Curious, eager to learn, and excited about international business and HR practices
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Interest in employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment operations
