The Wine Group is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise bottling production personnel. The ideal candidate has a passion for leadership, mentoring, and coaching, and a knowledge of leadership theories. They will be responsible for maintaining an engaged safety-minded workforce, identifying high-performing operators, and promoting first-pass quality.

- Ability to lead, teach, coach, mentor, and discipline employees
- Ability to enforce company work rules and follow Collective Bargaining Agreements
- Ability to maintain a close working relationship with Production Planning, Reliability, Engineers, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Shipping, Engineering, and Cellar Operations
