Costume Manager

Disney Live Entertainment is seeking a Costume Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, budgeting, and monitoring costs for costuming operational functions and entertainment show offerings. The role requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as good attention to detail and analytical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Stage Management, Wardrobe Management, Inventory Management, or Finance disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good attention to detail and analytical skill to observe and make changes for improvement on costume distribution quality and efficiency
• Able to effectively supervise a team of front-line cast and provide guidance and coaching when necessary
• Must be self-motivated and able to make rapid and balanced decisions
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to communicate well internally and externally, with ability to work independently
• Solid technical mindset and computer proficiency
• Fluent spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
