Job Description
Voleon is a technology company applying machine learning to investment management, led by world-renowned experts. They are seeking a Director of Strategic Finance to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cross-functional initiatives, impacting a growing FP&A team. The role requires strong financial modeling and analytical skills and the ability to partner with leadership on complex projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, corporate development, investment banking, or FP&A in fast-growing technology or services companies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to independently drive complex initiatives
- Proven knowledge of accounting and financial reporting on a GAAP and cash basis
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and high level of business judgment
