Job Description
We're looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to drive and shape Upright's growth engine. You'll own and execute Upright's growth marketing strategy, run AI-driven growth experiments, and maintain a strong test-and-learn mindset.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building growth through marketing, ideally in SaaS or tech, or other high-growth environments (B2B/B2C).
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to optimize campaigns and content
- Strong autonomy and multitasking skills, with the ability to own and execute growth initiatives
- Attention to detail and quality across all marketing materials, with excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Agile, forward-thinking mindset, adaptable to the fast-evolving digital marketing landscape
