Research Engineering/ Scientist Associate II

We are seeking an experienced lab manager to join and help shape the day-to-day operations and culture of a new cell biology laboratory. The position will involve administrative and laboratory support duties, performing cell biology laboratory research, and training laboratory members in experimental techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biology or related field
• At least two years' experience in laboratory research
• Lab management experience
• Experience with mammalian cell culture and generation of stable cell lines via lentiviral vectors
• Experience with bacterial cell culture
• Experience with PCR and fluorescence microscopy
• Experience with molecular cloning via Gibson assembly, restriction digest, etc.
