Job Description
The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified Project Manager II to join their aviation team in Los Angeles County. This role involves overseeing the T5 IT implementation, managing project scope, developing and overseeing project delivery, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project management, airport projects, and design-build methodologies.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in airport or aviation projects
- Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design+CMAR, or Design/Build delivery methods
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Architecture, Engineering, Business, etc.) or Master's preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
- Familiarity with CAD or REVIT preferred
- Familiarity with digital content management systems
