Requirements
- Handles the day-to-day trading efforts for a portfolio of accounts
- Partners with other business team members to add in-depth product knowledge and develop trading-specific strategies to achieve client goals
- Owns numerous accounts independently and recognises opportunities to grow accounts
- Helps to train new and existing clients in all platform operational areas, and to onboard new clients
- Develop areas of expertise in product offerings and acts as an internal resource for the internal business team
- Actively pursues ways to grow client business through helping agencies provide new value
- Supporting more junior members of the team with onboarding and development
- Communicates complex concepts and ideas in a clear and concise manner, across audiences with varying levels of expertise
