Senior Software Engineer - Data Transparency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines in Spark
• Expertise in building and tuning large-scale data pipelines
• Experience leading engineers with a wide range of experience
• Ability to work from first principles to evaluate solutions
• Broadly skilled engineer with experience developing web services
• Product-focused mindset with passion and ability to contribute to process discovery
• Strongly-held, defensible ideas with ability to advocate for what is right
• Ability to identify and evaluate trade-offs and willing to be proven wrong
