Job Description
The Toro Company is hiring a 2nd Shift Paint and Weld Supervisor to oversee daily work assignments and schedules, monitor production activity, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The role demands a leader who can effectively manage people and processes, driving team performance and business results through inspirational leadership and effective communication.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations manufacturing or distribution environment
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience required, 3-5 years preferred
- Basic understanding of supervisory principles, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Effective verbal and written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse team
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient software application skills; preferred Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, Kronos, Workday
