Indirect Sourcing Manager - The Toro Company

The Toro Company is seeking an Indirect Sourcing Manager II to develop and implement leading-edge sourcing strategies for various indirect categories, MRO, manufacturing equipment and consumables, and facilities operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area, such as supply chain, business, or STEM
• Proven ability to think strategically both short- and long-term
• Demonstrated experience in negotiation, leading cross-functional teams, working with various levels of management
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and team leadership skills
• Strong analytical abilities and research skills
• Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
• Understanding of enterprise purchasing and planning systems, such as SAP and analytical tools
