Requirements

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, short-form videos)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions in a timely manner
• Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams on branding and content direction
• Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Maintain consistent brand voice across all platforms
• Use scheduling and analytics tools to improve efficiency and performance
