Project Manager

Manage and coordinate the day-to-day activity in support of our account relationships; manage the furniture and relocation services by developing and refining move grids, develop furniture test fit scenarios, manage file planning and seating assignments, provide vendor coordination and generally manage the entire business relocation process.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly customer service oriented
• Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as situations and needs change throughout the workday
• Ability to multi-task and organize workflow to manage daily responsibilities, meet deadlines and prioritize work
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
• Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external customers
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and to work with minimum supervision
