Job Description
The Central Scheduler – Patient Access is responsible for managing surgical scheduling and patient access functions to ensure smooth and efficient workflow in the surgical department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Experience in medical office scheduling, patient access, or surgical scheduling strongly preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification processes
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Proficiency with EMR systems and office software
