Assistant Golf Professional – Westlake Country Club

The Assistant Golf Professional works in coordination with the Head Golf Professional and/or General Manager to support the overall management and execution of daily golf operations at Westlake Country Club. This role provides direction and training to front-line supervisors and part-time team members and helps ensure an exceptional golfer and guest experience through world-class service, efficient operations, and consistent standards for presentation and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in golf operations, golf shop, or closely related golf facility roles
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or coordinator role in operations or guest service
• Strong knowledge of the game of golf, including rules, etiquette, and typical daily-fee or club operations
• Demonstrated ability to train, support, and positively influence front-line team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
