Job Description
The Assistant Golf Professional works in coordination with the Head Golf Professional and/or General Manager to support the overall management and execution of daily golf operations at Five Ponds Golf Club.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in golf operations, golf shop, or closely related golf facility roles
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or coordinator role in operations or guest service
- Strong knowledge of the game of golf, including rules, etiquette, and typical daily-fee or club operations
- Demonstrated ability to train, support, and positively influence front-line team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests, staff, and leadership teams
