Hospitality Manager (Rooms)

You will be responsible for training room operations, rolling out new procedures, and shaping the room product materials. You will also work closely with quality teams to turn guest insights into action.

Requirements

• 3+ years in hospitality management, training and/or implementation
• Strong knowledge of room operations and guest experience
• Engaging training skills
• Clear communication, cultural awareness, and a collaborative mindset
• Practical, solutions-first approach
• Solid project coordination skills
• Fluency in English
