Job Description
We are looking for a natural leader to join our team as Assistant Manager in Willemstad, Curaçao. As Assistant Manager, you'll work with the management team to ignite the right energy in a team of 20 to 40 colleagues and support the General Manager in daily operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a similar type of restaurant.
- Knowledge of fish or wine is a plus.
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week.
- Flexible and available for evening and weekend shifts.
- Living in Curaçao or the surrounding area.
- Fluent in preferably Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Presentable, communicative, and a real team player.
- Detail-oriented and able to keep calm under pressure.
