Job Description
Scion is hiring a skilled Facilities Technician to join their team. The role involves maintaining the property, ensuring safety, and providing excellent service to residents. The Technician will perform physical tasks, repair equipment, and maintain cleanliness and functionality.
Requirements
- High school/GED
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) – or intention to obtain within six months
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to stand for 8 hours per day and lift up to 100 lbs.
