Job Description
The Scion Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance, perform repairs and ensure the upkeep of property buildings and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of building automation systems and a commitment to safety and optimal service. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Requirements
- High school/GED or trade school diploma and with at least 3-5 years of full-time maintenance experience
- HVAC certification/EPA 608 certification (Core, Type I, II & III)
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or intention to obtain within six months
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of key management and security systems
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work hours and lift up to 100 lbs
- Operational Details: ability to travel when required
