Job Description
The State Street Apartments Program for homeless young adults in Syracuse, NY, provides intensive mental health case management and supports for residents. Resident Managers oversee residents, assist case managers, promote independent living skills, and maintain the program's standards. The role can involve a 4/10 overnight shift, focusing on providing a supportive and welcoming environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- More than one year of experience working with adolescents or young adults
- Valid driver’s license that meets The Salvation Army insurance requirements
- CPR Certification
- Ability to maintain a crisis-handling skills
