Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Family Therapist to provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to families with children between the ages of 10-17. This is a full-time, 35-hour position with a hybrid work model, offering supervision, tuition reimbursement, and health insurance benefits. The role involves client intake, assessment, and referral to other services.
Requirements
- Provide comprehensive intake and assessments of assigned clients.
- Assist family members in implementing FFT service plans.
- Initiate and maintain regular contact with clients through home visits and therapy sessions.
- Participate in FFT training and consultation.
- Maintain case recommendations for justice systems, education, and client safety.
- Liaison activities with partners and probation monitor.
