Senior Mental Health Clinician - Custodial FYMHS

The Senior Mental Health Clinician - Custodial FYMHS is a key position within the Forensic Youth Mental Health Service (FYMHS) that provides specialist youth mental health care in custodial settings to young people and their families/carers. The role delivers comprehensive mental health assessments and relationally informed psychological case management and interventions.

Requirements

• Eligible disciplines: RPN Grade 4 / Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Psychologist Grade 3
• Relevant registration and qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in tertiary and/or youth mental health
• Sound knowledge of the youth justice and/or criminal justice system and other relevant community based forensic services
• Motivated by youth-focused, inclusive, and recovery-oriented care
