ANUM - Clinical Cardiovascular

The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) Clinical- Cardiovascular to take a key leadership role in the delivery of safe, timely and effective surgical care across our 16-theatre operating suite.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Perioperative Nursing
• Proven leadership and communication skills in a complex clinical environment
• Ability to coordinate theatre operations and staff allocations in a fast-paced setting
• Skilled in clinical reasoning, prioritisation, and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Strong IT literacy and familiarity with hospital systems and Microsoft Office
