Job Description
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Desktop Engineer to provide advanced support and management of enterprise desktop environments. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of the organization’s desktop systems while driving improvements in end-user technology experiences.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a desktop engineering or related IT infrastructure role.
- Strong expertise with Windows operating systems in enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and user account management.
- Proficiency with Office 365 administration and support.
- Solid understanding of VMware environments, including desktop virtualization.
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (Intune or similar platforms).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
