Job Description
This part-time Floor Assistant role is for energetic and organized individuals to join the team for a live sporting event in Dubai. The role involves coordinating with show elements, ensuring smooth event flow, and assisting the Show Caller with communication and problem-solving. It requires a proactive attitude and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
Requirements
- Assist the Show Caller by relaying cues to MCs, performers, and other talent.
- Manage on-the-ground needs such as retrieving props, locating people, and troubleshooting last-minute issues.
- Help maintain smooth transitions and timing during the event.
- Communicate effectively with other floor and stage crew members.
