Job Description
As an intern, you'll be part of the Learning and Development team within the Talent Management function, supporting employee development and organizational performance through targeted learning and development initiatives.
Requirements
- Support contract administration training
- Manage online learning library
- Contribute to performance management platform
- Assist in executing career development initiatives
- Coordinate Aspiring Business Managers program
- Serve as virtual learning producer
- Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends
- Lead and deliver independent project
- Assist in coordinating leadership development program
- Shadow Talent Management team members
- Provide support for additional special projects and initiatives
