IT Service Manager (m/w/d)

As IT Service Manager, you ensure the smooth operation and continuous development of our IT services. You are responsible for IT service management, coordinate external providers, and ensure compliance with SLAs, security, and compliance standards. You will optimize service processes, ITIL-based processes, and support structures to contribute to the efficiency and stability of our IT landscape.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT service management (at least 3-5 years)
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL or comparable frameworks
• Thorough understanding of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), cloud security, identity and access management, and networking basics in the cloud
• Knowledge in the areas of IT security, data protection, and compliance in a cloud environment
