Job Description
Opus Agency is seeking a Sr. Event Technology Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and closeout of attendee-facing digital event experiences and manage onsite operations. The role focuses on aligning events with the Agency’s focus on creating authentic and meaningful connections. This is a client-facing position requiring independence and strong project management skills.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a relevant role with experience in corporate events, particularly with tools like Rainfocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, and Airtable.
- Proven experience managing large and high-touch events from concept to execution.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution is preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
