Job Description
OLIVER is seeking a Creative Director to lead their team in delivering high-quality creative work for a B2B tech industry client. The ideal candidate will be a strong, inspirational creative leader who can direct and inspire designers to produce impactful and effective work.
Requirements
- To motivate and influence the creative team to constantly strive for excellence in performance.
- To proactively monitor the quality of design projects being produced by leading internal review sessions and seeking feedback from both internal and external stakeholders.
- To oversee and manage the timely delivery of all jobs, always taking into consideration the clients’ requirements and expectations.
- To manage, oversee and coordinate the sharing of knowledge and the facilitation of learning within the team to improve business practices and promote the development of creative ideas and introduce new services.
