Job Description
IT Service Support Tech 2 position responsible for second level support and maintenance of desktop and peripherals computing environment at OSUMC. Handles installation, monitoring, and service of desktop hardware, software, and peripherals. Works in a third shift environment.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Working knowledge of desktop hardware and peripheral units or components
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products
