The Lower School Instructional Coach is an academic leader who provides principled, non-supervisory, data-informed instructional coaching to lower school teachers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a lead classroom teacher within grades Kindergarten through 6
- 2+ years of experience serving in a school leadership role
- Formal training in instructional coaching
- Bachelor’s degree
- Valid Indiana Educator’s license
- Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church
