Bilingual Family Resource Case Worker

The New York Foundling is seeking a Bilingual Family Resource Case Worker to provide case management support to families. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or sociology and experience in case management or social services. The role involves conducting intake assessments, providing clear explanations of MST therapy, and collaborating with community resources to support family needs.

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or sociology
• Experience in case management or social services, particularly with families and children
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent writing, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct home visits and perform safety assessments
